The Holiday Bazaar Marketplace brings together local artisans, makers, and small businesses for festive shopping and community. Vendors are invited to share thoughtfully made goods with Bazaar visitors while supporting Charlottesville Waldorf School. Coming right at the beginning of the Winter season, the Holiday Bazaar Marketplace is where many community members do all their holiday shopping!

Food Vendor Application >

The Charlottesville Waldorf School Holiday Bazaar invites a small, carefully selected group of local food vendors to join us for the day. We are seeking two to three food trucks or vendors offering delicious, interesting food made with high-quality ingredients. We especially welcome vendors whose offerings reflect creativity, care, and a commitment to quality.

Our goal is to offer Bazaar visitors a memorable and varied selection of food while highlighting exceptional local businesses.

Community Organization Application >

A limited number of complimentary booth spaces are available for local nonprofit organizations. We welcome nonprofits whose work aligns with our community and values and who would like to share information about their mission with Holiday Bazaar visitors.

The Holiday Bazaar is Charlottesville Waldorf School’s primary fundraising event of the year and the revenue that it generates is crucial in supporting our school. We look forward to celebrating with our community again this year to make this event a great success!
