Are you seeking a school that considers education a journey, not a race?

At the Charlottesville Waldorf School, we offer a developmentally appropriate, experiential approach to education that ignites and inspires life-long learning. A Waldorf education nurtures young children, establishing a strong foundation for academics and a genuine interest in other people and the world around them. Waldorf teachers know that young children grow best in an environment that provides active play, natural materials, rhythm, and beauty in a consciously created home-like environment.

Bring your children and experience Waldorf early childhood education for yourself. See the puppet show given by our kindergarten and nursery teachers. Enjoy a small snack and craft. Tour our campus and classrooms.
